Simple Resolution

It’s time to celebrate a New Year by ringing in the tradition of setting goals. Tonight while visiting a friend, they asked me what my favorite moment was this year, the thing I wanted to leave behind and my word of the year.

Favorite Moment of 2016: Quitting my job, following my heart and doing what I love.

What I Want To Leave Behind In 2017: Old habits and the idea of being “stuck” with a specific mindset or way of being.

Word Of The Year: Entrepreneurial

After having this fun discussion with my friend, I decided to reflect a little more on my goals for 2017!

  1. Spend at least 30 minutes a day practicing yoga.
  2. Choose to eat more healthy and less processed foods.
  3. Drink more water.
  4. Practice more positive self talk.
  5. Exercise at least 30 minutes each day.
