It’s time to celebrate a New Year by ringing in the tradition of setting goals. Tonight while visiting a friend, they asked me what my favorite moment was this year, the thing I wanted to leave behind and my word of the year.
Favorite Moment of 2016: Quitting my job, following my heart and doing what I love.

After having this fun discussion with my friend, I decided to reflect a little more on my goals for 2017!
- Spend at least 30 minutes a day practicing yoga.
- Choose to eat more healthy and less processed foods.
- Drink more water.
- Practice more positive self talk.
- Exercise at least 30 minutes each day.
